About UEFA Europa League
The UEFA Europa League is an annual international football tournament among clubs, founded in 1971 under the name of the UEFA Cup.

Since 2009, as a result of the rebranding of European cups, the UEFA Cup has been merged with the Intertoto Cup, the format of the competition has been expanded, as a result of the addition of teams from the Intertoto Cup, which start the draw from four qualifying rounds.
The winner of the Europa League has the right to participate in the UEFA Super Cup and Champions League next season.
The first winner of the tournament is London's Tottenham Hotspur, who beat the other English club Wolverhampton Wanderers in two matches with a total score of 3:2 in 1972.
In total, 26 different clubs have won the title of winner of this tournament, 11 of which have won it more than once.
The Spanish "Sevilla" holds the record for the number of victories in the tournament, having won it 6 times (while not losing a single final in which it participated): in 2006, 2007 and 2014, 2015, 2016, 2020.
Spanish clubs hold the record for the most wins in the tournament - 13 times.
The Spanish football club "Atletico Madrid", the English "Liverpool", as well as the Italian clubs "Juventus" and "Internationale" won this tournament 3 times.
